Full refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests made before March 1st. SGSL will charge a $30 fee for all withdrawals made on or after March 1^st until the start of the season (the 4th Monday of April). After the start of the season, no refunds will be given. Refund requests can be e-mailed to .

SGSL pays Sudbury Park and Recreation a $20 field usage fee per player and a $10 capital fee per player.
